"I was always the fat one in my group of friends and always had the intention to lose weight but never went through with it. It only got worse when I started working full time after college, I was at my biggest weight yet at 240lbs.

And that's what jumha has taught me. Keeping a daily count of my calories and try to reduce the heavy junk food snacking, but WITHOUT ever eliminating it.

By no means am I or will I be the type to go on a huge diet, eating vegetables all day, and starving myself. I still eat my junk food everyday if it fits in my calorie intake for the day. I’ve also learned to go to the gym for once and lift weights. When I exercise, it makes me feel more relieved and accomplished, especially when people notice.

Now, I’m 200lbs and declining. I went from a size 36 jeans to 32 and have never been happier. I couldn’t thank Jumha more for helping me push myself to a better lifestyle and recommend him for anyone trying to reach their goal weight or building muscle, no matter what your ideal body shape is."
