"I was always the fat one in my group of friends and always had the intention to lose weight but never went through with it. It only got worse when I started working full time after college, I was at my biggest weight yet at 240lbs.
I kept coming home around 6, sitting down and eating the worst of foods and not doing anything for the rest of the day but stuff myself and watch TV. What Jumha has taught me, is that all of that’s fine, but in moderation and self control.
The thing that has and always had me overweight was chocolate. If there's anything I can eat in this world, its chocolate, and lots of it. That, combined with a large pizza, chips and 32oz pepsi for dinner was what was definitely keeping me at my near obese weight. The hardest part for me and anyone, is to fix my bad eating habits. And that's what jumha has taught me. Keeping a daily count of my calories and try to reduce the heavy junk food snacking, but WITHOUT ever eliminating it.
By no means am I or will I be the type to go on a huge diet, eating vegetables all day, and starving myself. I still eat my junk food everyday if it fits in my calorie intake for the day. I’ve also learned to go to the gym for once and lift weights. When I exercise, it makes me feel more relieved and accomplished, especially when people notice.
Now, I’m 200lbs and declining. I went from a size 36 jeans to 32 and have never been happier. I couldn’t thank Jumha more for helping me push myself to a better lifestyle and recommend him for anyone trying to reach their goal weight or building muscle, no matter what your ideal body shape is."

I couldn't be happier with Coach Jumha as a coach, he was wonderful. Beyond him just being amazing, investing in myself has become more of a theme after I pulled the trigger on hiring Jumha as a Coach.
Coach Jumha was attentive and didn't get upset when I asked for a remake of a program for me after only trying it for a week. He was always super responsive and went above and beyond to answer my questions as effectively as he can so I can understand it.

"Before working with Jumha I was terrified of going near a barbell or any weights in the gym. I had always wanted to learn, but never gave myself the chance to start. I also had limited knowledge of nutrition. Often I would try to “eat clean” for a few days and then self-sabotage by the weekend.

I've been a big guy for as long as I can remember. I worked on my own to drop around 60 pounds in about the last 7-8 years. In the last couple years I've been stuck in a 10-15 pound window.

Before I started on the fat loss program, I was napping 2-3 times a day and clueless about how to go about nutrition. I even was convinced I should cut out protein!
I joined with Coach Jumha, to give it a try. My goal was to loose weight and get it over with. Little did I know my goal would change. After a few weeks of being on the nutrition aspect of it, I was loosing inches and feeling great. The scale no longer mattered to me. The way I felt was more liberating than a number in the scale.
My biggest breakthrough throughout my journey has been taking control over my choices. It would quickly exacerbate my depression and panic attacks at a moment's notice. I felt trapped in my body and unable to reach my spiritual goal.
